We are proud to offer complimentary free shipping to all countries worldwide with no minimum order size and no hidden fees.

When you place your order it will take 1-5 days to process the order. Once the order has been processed and dispatched tracking information will be updated accordingly.

In our experience, the estimated delivery time for different regions are as follows:

North America: 10-20 days to Canada, USA, Mexico
Europe: 12-22 days to France, Spain, Sweden, Germany, Finland, Norway, Poland, Italy, United Kingdom, Romania, Greece, Bulgaria, Iceland, Hungary, Portugal, Serbia, Austria, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Ireland, Georgia, Latvia, Croatia, Slovakia, Estonia, Denmark, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Slovenia, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein

Please note these are estimates and shipping may take up to 45 days in exceptional circumstances in certain countries. Delays can be caused by customs, so please also take that into consideration when ordering. We are not liable for any import duties or taxes you may be liable for.

If for whatever reason you are not fully satisfied with a product purchased in our online store, you may return any product within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Products must be returned directly to our manufacturers. Please simply contact us at support@ohboho.com. Upon receiving the returned products, we will refund 100% of the purchase price as store credit. Please note that returned products must be unworn, complete with all original tags, and in the original and resellable condition. We must reserve the right to refuse a return if it fails to meet these basic conditions. Please note that products on sale or reduced in price are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.

Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours. Unfortunately, if your order is already shipped (or 24 hours have passed), we cannot cancel your order.

Return Procedure
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@ohboho.com.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if you need to change the sizing. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@ohboho.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
